Google Maps / Business Profile
Google Virtual Tour
A "Google virtual tour" — also known by its older name, Google Business View — is a 360° tour integrated directly into your Google Maps / Google Business Profile listing — your customers explore it from Google Search or Google Maps, without leaving the page, even before deciding to visit in person.
A note on the name: "Google Business View" was Google's own term for this feature between 2010 and 2016, before it was folded into the broader "Street View" branding. Google retired the associated certified-photographer program at the end of 2024 — but tours already published, and new ones like ours, keep working normally on Google Maps. Some people still search for it under the old name, which is why we mention it here.
Why it's different from a standard virtual tour
A "standard" virtual tour lives on a link you share (website, social media, quotes). The Google version shows up right where your customers are already looking — in Google search results and on the map — with no extra click. It's an additional visibility channel, not a replacement.
For local businesses
Google Maps integration is included automatically in all three packages of our Showcase Virtual Tour offer — restaurants, shops, clinics, gyms. A single visit produces both your shareable tour and your Google Maps presence.
For hotels, institutions and large accounts
Google integration can also be added to a Custom Virtual Tour project on request — useful, for example, for a hotel that wants to strengthen its Google listing in addition to its dedicated interactive application. Discuss this with your account manager when requesting a quote.
