What is a 360° virtual tour? +
An immersive, interactive tour of your space, accessible online via a dedicated link. Your visitors explore the space as if they were there, without traveling.
What's the difference between a «Custom» and a «Showcase» tour? +
The two offers meet different needs. A Custom tour is a bespoke production (professional photographer, quote-based pricing), built for developers, hotels, institutions and large SMEs. Showcase is a standardized, fixed-price format, built for restaurants, shops, clinics and gyms.
Do I keep ownership of my tour's files? +
It depends on the offer. For a Custom project, you become the full owner of the source files (ultra-high-definition panoramas), delivered with no subscription. For Showcase, the tour stays hosted with us, free for life: you don't receive the source files, but you get a right to display it (website, social media, Google Business listing) for as long as you'd like.

How do I choose between the Boutique, Établissement and Espace packages? +
The right choice depends on the size and layout of your space:
- Boutique (1,490 DH) — small space, single zone.
- Établissement (2,190 DH) — medium space, multi-zone (restaurant, café, showroom, clinic).
- Espace (3,290 DH) — large space, multi-zone (department store, spa, dealership).

Is Google Maps integration included? +
Yes. Every business package includes publishing your tour on your Google Maps / Google Business Profile listing, plus the shareable link and the embed code for your website.
How does hosting work? +
Lifetime hosting included, no renewal fees. Your tour stays online for as long as you'd like.
How long does the shoot take? +
It depends on the package: Boutique (30 to 45 min), Établissement (45 to 90 min), Espace (90 to 120 min).
How long before I receive my virtual tour? +
Usually under 72 hours after our operator's visit.
How does payment work? +
Payment is made when our operator visits, once your quote is confirmed. No online payment is required.
